1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FotoQR, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Description of Service

FotoQR is a photo and video collection platform for events. It lets organizers create a QR code and link through which guests can upload media without an account or app download.

Features vary by plan. We may modify, limit, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. User Content and Ownership

You retain full ownership of all photos, videos, and other content uploaded to FotoQR. You grant FotoQR a limited license to store, process, and display that content solely to operate the Service.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and share content submitted through your events.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use FotoQR to:

• Upload or distribute illegal, harmful, defamatory, or sexually explicit content.
• Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Impersonate any person or organization.
• Interfere with the security or integrity of the Service.
• Use automated tools without prior written permission.
• Build a competing product using our platform or infrastructure.

We may remove content and suspend accounts that violate these guidelines.

6. Fees and Payment

Individual plan purchases are one-time payments. Business plans are billed monthly and renew automatically unless cancelled before renewal.

We may update pricing with at least 30 days' notice for active subscriptions.

7. Plan Limits and Fair Usage

Plans may differ by active event allowance, upload window, storage period, and included features. Unlimited upload, participant, or storage language is intended to cover real event needs and is subject to our Fair Usage Policy.

If usage involves unusual traffic, automation, non-event archiving, or activity that could affect service performance, we may contact you, suggest a more suitable plan, or limit access in cases of abuse. For legitimate event usage, we will work with you to review your needs and provide an appropriate solution.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.

After termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion so you can export your content.

9. Disclaimers

FotoQR is provided as is without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FotoQR's liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of [City], Turkey.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
